Our Mission Statement

This document consists of the following 

  • Maven agreement. 
  • Moxie Mandates (Policies) 
  • Moxie & Mint Compensation Plan


When referring to the Maven agreement, we are referring to ALL three items described above. All Mavens are responsible for reading all of the information contained herein and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement.

All Mavens enter into this agreement as  independent contractors and shall continue to be, an independent contractor. Under no circumstances shall the Maven consider Moxie & Mint to be an employer, nor a partner. Mavens shall have no authority to act in the name of or on behalf of Moxie & Mint or to bind Moxie & Mint to any contract or agreement or any other arrangement whatsoever. Mavens are not entitled to any benefits including, medical or disability insurance, 401k contributions or pension plan. Workers' compensation, unemployment insurance, vacation or sick pay. 

The purpose of this agreement and the policies herein, is to define the relationship between Mavens and Moxie & Mint. All Mavens are required to comply with this agreement as well as with all federal, state and local laws governing the Mavens business activities. 

1) All Mavens are bound to all rules or regulations regarding the sales of our jewelry. Any Maven who completes an account to join MUST be 18 years of age or older and states acceptance of the age requirement. Entering into this agreement and contract states you do hereby confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Multiple accounts per household are allowed however only one account per person of age is allowed. Duplicate accounts will not be approved. 

2) Mavens are allowed to refer other Mavens & will earn commission based on those efforts. 

3) Mavens MAY sell products of a competing company in regard to similar products. (i.e. - you may sell jewelry or accessories from any other company)
HOWEVER if any additional companies consist of jewelry where the company focus is primarily jewelry IT MUST be kept separate from Moxie & Mint. Social Media groups and V.I.P. Groups must be kept separate. Social Media live videos and sales must be kept separate. Social Media pages must be kept separate. There is to be NO co-mingling between companies. Live sales conducted on personal pages must be kept separate but, can be done on the same personal page. 

However, If the company sales other items including jewelry but, the primary focus is NOT jewelry Then the rule does not apply. 

4.)  No personal activity for 2 calendar months beginning the month after you join will result in the Mavens accounts being closed. This qualifies as either a personal order, a customer order or a partner referral. 
We are not obligated to notify the Maven of account closure. 

5) Mavens make no claims or promises in regard to earnings or commissions in any forms of advertising or means to recruit. 

6) Moxie & Mint does NOT offer refunds! Due to the nature of an affiliate based company commissions are paid on orders and cannot be retracted once paid. If an item has been received defective or broken and has been purchased direct from the Moxie & Mint website you have 5 days to notify us from the date of receipt for a replacement or credit ONLY. Mavens are responsible for their own refund policy regarding sales from personal inventory. We reserve the right to substitute items that are defective or out of stock.

7) Jewelry may NOT be sold for LESS than the listed prices on the website while operating as an active affiliate. Selling any item for less than the listed website prices will result in account closure and termination. Mavens may offer purchase incentives such as free shipping or buy 1 get 1 free. As long as the actual price of an item is not discounted incentives are allowed. Mavens are allowed to give away items of their choosing for games, incentives and other giveaways of their choosing. Giveaways do not need to be jewelry related or Moxie & Mint products.
Mavens are allowed to sale jewelry to other active MAVENS for a discounted price decided between the two Mavens in a private conversation. Selling for less than the website pricing to customers or previous non active Mavens will result in account termination.

8) ** LOGO USE **
The Moxie & Mint LOGO is prohibited from use without prior approval from Moxie & Mint Corporate. To request approval, the IMAGE requesting approval must be submitted to submit a request for an approved image please send your request and a picture of the image to moxiemintaccessories@gmail.com
ALL PHOTOS contained on this website and those released with jewelry images MAY NOT have the Moxie & Mint 5.7.9 removed. Any violation of this logo use will result in account termination.

9) Sponsorship. - Mavens are allowed to sponsor other Mavens and are entitled to overrides in commission in exchange for leading, teaching, mentoring, and providing a level of support to ALL personally sponsored Mavens and those Mavens sponsored by other Mavens that fall within their downline network. IF AT ANY time a sponsor falls short of their responsibilities commission overrides may be forfeited. If a Maven feels she is not being given the tools, training and support she needs to thrive and succeed within the company the Maven may request a change of sponsorship. PLEASE NOTE - A change of sponsorship can be requested ONCE in the lifetime of the active Maven. If a Maven's account is deactivated and such Maven rejoins after 90 days a new sponsor may be selected. Upon requesting a change in sponsorship if a Maven has sponsored a team under her, her team will automatically change sponsorship with the approved request change. All requests must be submitted by email to moxiemintaccessories@gmail.com a valid reason for sponsorship change must be stated in the email. Please note that all requests may not be approved. 

10) Under no circumstances are Mavens allowed to rebrand moxie & mint jewelry. Rebranding or implying Moxie & Mint jewelry is your own brand will result in account closure & termination. 

11) If an account has been closed due to inactivity, a waiting period of 90 days must pass before being eligible to re-join. Terminated accounts are not eligible to rejoin Moxie & Mint. 

REFUSED ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING ALONG WITH THE SHIPPING CHARGES WHICH ARE NON REFUNDABLE! 

All Mavens will receive an immediate 40% discount on purchases. A 40% commission will be received on website orders and will be paid within 24/48 hours of payments being deposited into the company account. Payouts are not paid out on Saturday's or Sunday's and may be delayed in the event of a holiday. Mavens will earn 10% on their first level referrals. 8% on their second level referrals 5% on their 3rd level referrals and 3% on their 4th level referrals.  

We reserve the right to overview monitor and update add or change policies as deemed necessary.
